PAST EVENTS

On September 24, 2010, The Showtime House opened its doors to welcome the 2nd annual premier ShowHope event, welcoming over 300 of New York City's trendiest young professionals to dine, dance, and give of themselves for this truly remarkable cause. Raising nearly $75,000 for charity, ShowHope would like to thank evereryone who came out to show their support. We would also like to thank all of our sponsors for their generousity and look forward to partnering with each and every one of them for future events.

Team ShowHope tore up the obstacle course in Gotham Hall at Showtime’s RX Games, winning $1,000 for charity and getting the 3rd best time out of 15 competing teams. Ian raced up the rock wall, Caitlin raced around with bungee cords strapped to her back, Mary Beth swatted for prescriptions, and Emily tip-toed her way across a shaky balance beam. We even had our own mascot handing out candy and got to meet Edie Falco and the cast of Nurse Jackie afterwards!

With nearly 100 people braving the rain, ShowHopers bounced from bar to bar raising nearly $2,000 for Hope Lodge NYC. While selling everything from raffle tickets to the eye-catching swag from SKYY Spirits, we gave away some great prizes from David Barton Gym, Showtime, and 2 VIP tickets to this fall’s ShowHope event!

Spread some holiday cheer and help to raise money for a very worthy cause. Our Showhope event in October raised over $50,000.00 for American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge NYC and we are keeping the momentum going. Join us Tuesday December 15th for raffles, light apps and of course holiday libations!

$20 at the door gets you 2 cocktails, a donation to American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge and entry into a fabulous raffle!

On October 8, 2009, Metropolitan Home's Showtime House opened its doors to welcome the premier ShowHope event, welcoming over 300 of New York City's trendiest young professionals to dine, dance, and give of themselves for this truly remarkable cause. Raising nearly $50,000 for charity, ShowHope's launch garnered over 4 million media impressions, from The Village Voice to CharityHappenings.org to NBC.
